60-DAY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Thank you for your interest in our 60-day weight loss program. Open to members only, the weight loss program is not only aimed at weight reduction but also in improving your overall functional fitness and conditioning. It is a partnership between you and the trainers towards achieving your goal.
The program is composed of 3 aspects:
1. Fitness program – choose between which martial arts class you are interested to enroll at… boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) or Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). This is coupled with functional training (strength & conditioning exercises). We will also conduct basic weekly benchmarking of your weight and Body Mass Index (BMI). The purpose of this is to monitor your progress and to provide a check-and-balance mechanism.
2. Nutrition program – an initial orientation will be conducted to provide you guidelines on how to go through your diet and nutrition. Food is not the enemy. The choices we make, the portions served and the timing of intake is what determines the effect on your weight reduction goal.
3. Lifestyle program – we will reassess your fitness goals and how this would be in alignment with your daily routine. Family, work, leisure time and other endeavors have very significant effects on your weight loss program. We will help you balance this so your 60-day journey will be as enjoyable as possible.
The program’s cost is based on the martial arts class of your choice plus an additional fee of P 1,000.
